In southwestern Ethiopia, in June 2005, a twelve-year-old girl was abducted by seven men when she returned home from school. The men tried to force her into a marriage that she didn't want and was obviously too young for her. The girl's kidnappers kept her in a hut and tried to move her a week later when they escaped the police, but to her surprise, three lions turned her away from the girl.
