This video was aired on March 23, 1968 and revolves around Sergeant Joe Friday and Officer Bill Gannon, his partner. Every day they face challenges at work and tackle critical problems, such as race disorders, LSD, as it is called. The scene unfolds in the police station and begins when the teenager tells the police that he does not understand how or why the world is so "unfair". Sergeant Joe Friday and agent Bill Gannon make a controversial speech that leaves everyone speechless. Young generations often think that no one understands their struggles. Compared to the life of previous decades, they do not take the time to appreciate all the privileges they have now. Instead, they choose to look for problems and reasons why life is harder for them than for their parents and grandparents. "Maybe we'll do it, son," Sgt Joe Friday replies and continues, "Do not think you're the first generation to feel dissatisfied, they have everyone, you know? He goes on to tell him that previous generations did not have half the privileges that teenagers of that time had. The sergeant tells him that poverty is a standard way of living in many parts of the world. "More people live better here than anywhere else in the world," he says.
